The Schoolhouse Hotel. If you’re a romantic, you’ll love this dinner for two at The Varsity Club on Valentine's Eve. For your starter, share a charcuterie board of fresh cheeses, meats and fruit. Main course options include New York Strip Steak, Grilled Red Snapper and Chicken Florentine. For dessert, you'll love the chocolate brownie cheesecake portioned for two. Fruits of Labor Cafe & Bakery. Take your love out for a special night of dining featuring a carefully curated three-course meal. Four entrees have been specially selected for the occasion. Tender, slow-cooked Prime Rib & Creamed Shrimp, drizzled with Horseradish Cream & Au Jus to the succulent Whole Grain Mustard Crusted Salmon – every bite is a taste sensation. Stardust Café. Dial up the romance this Valentine's with Stardust's annual wine-pairing dinner. The menu includes a charcuterie board, beet and turnip soup, poached pear salad with spiced walnuts, arugula and spinach, Seared Ahi Tuna, your choice of main dishes from halibut to Wagyu Top Sirloin and a dreamy vanilla bean Panna Cotta for dessert.
